Let’s connect and please fill out our online inquiry form. We will send you our questionnaire so we can learn more about you and your special event, confirm our availibilty and schedule a discovery call.

Let’s Chat

During the discovery call we chat about your vision and what services fit your needs. We discuss your venue, budget and priorities then put together a detailed quote for your special event.

Quote Review and Questions

We send you your detailed quote as well as some sample design looks that will inspire you – previous successful events we have created or concepts that we think align with your vision. We are here to answer questions and customize your quote to suit your needs.

Booking

You have reviewed your quote and are ready to book with MacRose Design Co.! You secure your date with a signed contract and paid retainer. Then let the fun begin!

No.5

Floral Design Meeting

During the floral design meeting, we chat about your favourite flowers, seasonal availability and the overall look for your event florals. We will create floral design proposal that highlights your overall event look and atmosphere.

No.6

Floral Design Review

We send your floral design proposal for you to review and approve at your leisure. We offer one complementary revision, and further revisions are available for a small fee.

No.7

Logistics Meeting

During the logistics meeting (usually 8 weeks before your event), we discuss the schedule and key contacts for your wedding day, and confirm all design elements and rentals for your floral design.

No.8

Details Meeting

During this stage (usually 3-4 weeks before your event), we'll correspond (in person, virtually or over email) about final details for your special event. This is also the last opportunity to make any additions to your floral design.
